New to this starting today..
So.. Here I am finally realizing that I need to stop drinking beer every night and eat right before I can lose weight. I really would love to meet some great people here who have had experience in losing weight and been a drinker. I know that this has become a HUGE reason why I have gained weight and it has really opened my eyes to the fact that I might have a problem with it.
I really want to lose the weight and make better eating decision and better my life. Anyways, I am really excited to share my journey, so please email me and lets do this together!

Mmmm, beer. I’m a homebrewer who makes a whole slew of yummy, hearty beers… that I can’t drink! Aaargh!
I can only tell you that beer drinking and dieting don’t fit together very well. LOADS of carbs in beer, obviously. Having been 23 once a long time ago, I was more interested in drinking the beers than counting their calories, so good for you for seeing the connection.

Hey girlie….I was a pretty big drinker (beer and lots of it at the weekend and 2 or 3 glasses of wine a night). It was really interfering with my life and playing havoc with my weight….so now I only drink wine if I go out for a meal with my family or my boyfriend, and I dont drink beer anymore. On a night out I limit myself to 2 spirits with a diet mixer, and sparkling water in between. This change is really starting to help me both physically and metally.
Little changes gives the greatest rewards.
