Crashed and Burned..
So, I did good all day yesterday, then I got home and had 3 beers.. I am used to drinking quite a bit, so I think that is progress. I think when I actually lose a few pounds I will get a little more motivated.
Today I am going to write down everything I eat and make sure to go over it tonite and make a menu plan for the rest of the week. Any motivation will help. Thanks guys!

I think writing everything down and making a menu plan for the week is an EXCELLENT idea. It will certainly show you where you need to make some changes and tweak things around. It helps me tremendously.
Also, just a note of warning. Drinking beer/alcohol, even just a couple of beers, WILL make you crave sugar and refined carbs the next day, so be prepared, k?
